Lois Elaine (Walker) Gilliland of Listowel passed away at Royal Terrace, Palmerston on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, in her 83rd year.
Wife of the late Lorne Gilliland. Special friend of Harold Coulter of Listowel. Mother of Mike Gilliland & Raili McIvor of Vancouver, B.C., and Patti-Lynn & Paul Atkinson of Mount Forest. Grandmother of Courtney and Carley, and great-grandmother of 3. Sister of Pat & Cliff Reading of Palmerston, and Linda Espensen of Wingham. Sister-in-law of Don & Marlene Gilliland, Barb & Rob Wilson, and Kathy & Gordon Moore, and remembered also by her many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her special friend Bill Brears.
Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Those wishing to attend must schedule a time by clicking RSVP (below). Everyone attending must wear a mask, and the family requests that you be vaccinated to attend. A private family service will be held on Friday, December 24, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with interment in Palmerston Cemetery.
