Obituary
It is with great sadness and love that we say goodbye to our husband, dad, and grandpa, Lloyd Schnick. Lloyd passed away March 23, 2021 at the age of 70.
Lloyd grew up on a farm near Leduc and he and Charleen settled in Wetaskiwin, starting Schnick Homes and soon a family. He loved being on the land, with his cattle, and with his family. He was a loving grandpa who took the greatest delight in playing with his grandkids.
Lloyd will be forever remembered by his loving wife, Charleen; son, Blair (Joanna); daughter, Erin (Graham); grandchildren, Dade, Abigail, and Mason; brothers, Wayne (Sharon) and Ken (Donna); sister-in-law, Sandy; numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Alice and George and brother, Jim.
Due to pandemic restrictions, a private family service will be held April 12, 2021. A livestream and recording of the service will be available at www.womboldfuneralhomes.com., under Lloyd’s obituary. Donations may be made in Lloyd’s name to the Cross Cancer Institute or a charity of one’s choice.
