Obituary of Linda Rosemary Armstrong
Linda Rosemary Armstrong age 77 of Quesnel passed away peacefully on the 3rd of September 2021.
Linda was born in Wilkie, SK on August 1st 1944 to parents Marion and Clarence Graham.
She attended elementary school in Wolfe, SK and Secondary school in Landis SK.
Linda was moved to Quesnel in 1965 where she met Ron Armstrong.
They were married in Ottawa in 1966.
During Ron’s army time Linda and Ron lived in Ottawa, Toronto and Moosejaw, SK.
It was during this time that son Brian was born as well in Ottawa.
The family returned to Quesnel in 1973 and resided in the Bouchie Lake area.
Linda was active in the community as well as being an avid gardener, she also loved her little “Yorkies”.
Linda is survived by her loving husband Ron, son Brian (Kelly) Armstrong.
Sisters Margaret (Jim) Skinner of Saskatchewan, Debbie (Ken) Stewart of Saskatchewan & brother Archie (Marliea) Graham, of Surrey, BC.
As well as many nieces and nephews.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Marion Graham and Brothers Bob Graham of Quesnel and Douglas Graham of Saskatchewan.
A memorial tea will be held for Linda on Sept 11th 2021 at 2pm in the Claytons Funeral home Event hall in Quesnel.
