Obituary
Linda DeMone of Salisbury (formerly of Memramcook) passed away on October 6, 2021 at the Moncton City Hospital at the age of 60. Born in Moncton on March 29, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Bernice (Gautreau) Lirette. Linda worked as a manager at NAV Canada. She adored her family and friends and especially her grandchildren and she always treasured the time they spent together. She also loved to clog dance, ballroom dance and camping. She will be sadly missed by her husband Robert DeMone, one daughter Stephanie (Louis) Chassé of Memramcook, one son Jason Cormier (Veronique Arseneault) of Dieppe, her second marriage children; Jocelyn DeMone (Michael Rogov) of Ottawa, Mathew (Sarah) DeMone of Moncton, Bradley (Ashleigh Mair) of Dieppe, five grandchildren Maxime, Anabelle, Liam, Malik and Dax (as well as two expected grandchildren on their way), two sisters Claudette Lirette of Moncton and Nancy Lirette of Campbelton, one brother Mike as well as one nephew Taylor Ouellet. Beside her parents, she was predeceased by one brother Claude (infant). Visitations will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Tuesday October 12 from 6 to 8 pm only. There will be a private funeral service held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are in care of Dupuis Funeral home, Memramcook.
