Leonard Len Scobie May 10 1930 December 27 2021

Obituary
It is with immense sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Leonard “Len” Scobie, 91, on December 27, 2021. A loving and generous man, he was the best friend and devoted husband for 65 fun-filled years to his cherished wife, Margaret. Together they lovingly raised their children, Paul (Chris) and Philip (Lynda). His memory will live on through his adoring grandchildren Holly (Shawn), Kelsey (Sean), Sidney and Shalyn; as well as his great-grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Paige, Aiden, Oliver, Christian and McKinley. Above all, he was a family man through and through, always putting his family first. His unwavering dedication and love earned him the title, “Uncle Len”, amongst his many loved nieces and nephews and their families.
Everyone who had the pleasure of meeting Len, even if just for a fleeting moment, had their lives enriched just that much more. He will always be remembered for his energetic, youthful personality and sense of humor. He made this world a better place to live in. He will be sadly missed at the Waterdown Knox Presbyterian Church, where he worshiped his Lord and Saviour, who has now called him Home.
Cremation has taken place. Services will be announced.
“Remember Grampa, do not leave any eggshells in the batter, it’ll make the waffles too crunchy!”
“Hugs” will be missed!
