Notre-Dame-de-Kent, NB – Léo-Jean Allain, 76, passed away suddenly but peacefully at his residence, on Friday, November 26th, 2021.
Born in Notre-Dame-de-Kent, NB, he was the son of the late Léo Allain, and the late Herméline Allain born LeBlanc.
Léo-Jean will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 53 years of marriage, Maria Allain of Notre-Dame; one son, Luc Allain of Dieppe; two daughters, Nicole Druet (James) of Shediac and Annette Allain of Rothesay, NB; two brothers, Guy Allain (Yvonne) of Massachusetts and
Paul-Émile Allain (Jeannette) of Dieppe; five sisters, Bernadette Cormier (late Robert), Elizabeth LeBlanc (Ronald) both of Dieppe, Murielle Pinet (Denis) of Sus, Gisèle Sampson (Jim) of Irishtown and Francine LeBrun (Jacques) of Ottawa; five grandchildren, Martin, Benoit, Isabelle, Madelaine, and Kailee; one great-grandson, Azriel; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel of Shediac Bridge on Wednesday, December 1st, 2021 from 7pm to 9pm and on Thursday, December 2nd, 2021 from 10am until the time of the Celebration of his life at the Chapel at 11am. Due to the restrictions related to the current pandemic, double vaccination and wearing a mask will be mandatory and required at the entrance of the funeral home.
Donation can be made to the Alzheimer Society.
