“Layton” Carl Thompson
1934-2021
Peacefully, surrounded by family at the Garden Home on
Wednesday, May 19, 2021 of Layton C. Thompson, age 86 years. Beloved
husband of Jean (nee MacLean) Thompson and dear father of Carla
Thompson (Bruce Boyce), Walter (Darlene) Thompson and Virginia
Thompson (James Mosher). He is also survived by his grandchildren
Bobbi Lee Bradley (Kenny Crosby), Joshua Cudmore, Trevor Cudmore,
Nicole Swansburg, Deryck Kelly and Nadine MacLean; great grandchildren
Ryder Swansburg and special pappy to Hannah Jean Bradley and
sister-in-law Rena Lees. He was predeceased by his parents Walter and
Jenny Thompson; his sister Ruby Porter; brothers Eric and Marshall
Thompson and his sister Jean Thompson-Sherran-Burt.
Resting
at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. No visitation
or funeral service by personal request. A private interment service
will be held at Hampshire Cemetery.If you would like to attend please
