MR. LAWRENCE ROGER BOYES
of Sundridge
Peacefully at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Sunday September 26, 2021. Lawrence Boyes, beloved husband of Dorothy, was in his 81st year.
Dear father of Joan Marshall (Dave), Gail Fantin (Dan), Peter Boyes (Wendy) and Karen Zeldenrust.
Proud grandfather of Mikaela (Edward), Malcolm, Madeline, Julia, Lorelai, Emma, Logan, Colton and great grandfather of Grayson and Ezra.
Lawrence is predeceased by his brother Gerald (Elaine) and will be fondly remembered by all of his family and friends.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Friday October 1, 2021 from 1 to 3p.m.
A service to celebrate Lawrence’s life will be conducted in the Almaguin Missionary Church, 13 Church Street in South River commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday October 2, 2021 with Pastor Terry Anger officiating.
Interment of ashes later in Chapman Cemetery.
If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Bible Society or the Almaguin Missionary Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
PLEASE NOTE: As per the directive of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, COVID-19 protocols are in place; masks and social distancing are mandatory. Registration for the service is required, please RSVP at www.opatovskyfuneralhome.com or call 705-384-5802
