Laurence Vincent Burtt 2021

Laurence Vincent Burtt, husband of Carol (McKinnon) Burtt of Miramichi, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Monday at the age of 77.
Born in Lower Stone Ridge, Burtts Corner NB, he was the son of the late Willis and Mary (McCann) Burtt. He was a retired School Teacher for District # 16, Harkins Junior High, Math Department Head, Avid Carpenter, former President of the Kinsman Club and a member of K40.
Besides his wife Carol, he is survived by his daughter Amy Burtt of Miramichi; his son, Vincent Burtt (Kim Harding) of Miramichi; his sisters, Shirley Wilkins of Fredericton and Yvonne Burtt of St Thomas, Ontario; his brother; Kirby Burtt (Jean) of Fredericton and his grandson Hunter Matchett.
He was predeceased by his parents, his sister Rose Burtt and his brother Sonny Burtt.
At the request of the family there will be no Visitation or Funeral Service. A graveside service will be held at Miramichi Cemetery at a time and date to be announced.
In his memory, donations to a Memorial of one’s choice would be appreciated.

    He was a kind and caring man who was supportive of family
    members who lost their loved ones.
