EFFENBERGER, Klaus Joachim –
Peacefully after a long battle with cancer at Lakeridge Health Ajax-Pickering on February 18, 2021 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Dorothy (née Raynsford). Loving father of Monica and the late Keith. Klaus will be fondly remembered by his in-laws, nieces and nephews. The Effenberger family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff of the Princess Margaret Hospital – Lung Clinic and to Phyllis, Klaus’ homecare PSW for the compassionate care he received. Private Funeral Services will be held followed by interment at Groveside Cemetery, Whitby. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and condolences may be expressed online at www.wctownfuneralchapel.com.
