Obituary
On October 26, 1978 Kirby was born to Lawrence Smith and Stella Lewis. He was always Mom’s right hand man and did what he could do for Mom. His main priority was to take care of his Mom. Kirby was a happy, lively person who enjoyed being with friends. Kirby had a way of drawing people near him. His humorous nature, and natural ability to make people laugh made anyone enjoy being around him. His favourite hobby was to sing country at jamborees before his health began to deteriorate.
He is predeceased by: his dad, Lawrence Smith (January 2014); his sister, Tracy Carter (January 2007); his paternal grandparents, Mary and Joe Smith; his maternal grandparents, Maria (1975), and Morris Lewis (1997); his niece, Kimberly Lewis (March 2019); and his nephews, Aaron Lewis (October 2015), and Dwayne Pasquayak (September 2021).
Kirby is survived by: his mother, Stella Lewis; his siblings, Leanne Lodoen (Phillip Medeiros), Corwin Lewis, Eileen Lewis, Laurie Lewis (Rosanne), Greg Lewis, Carol Lewis, Corrine Lewis, Barry Lewis, and Harold Lewis; his aunties, Nellie Lewis, Dora Cardinal, and Matilda Lewis; his uncles, Gordon Lewis, Leonard Fox, Mervin Smith, Gilbert Smith, and Henry Smith; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
