KING JAMES EDWIN 2021

Passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 17, 2021 in his 79th year. James King of Tiny, dear husband of the late Judith (nee Flude). Lovingly remembered by his daughters Senta (AJ) of Beaverton and Hayley (Tim) of Whitby. Proud Papa of Teagan, Colby, Brennan and Fionna. He will be missed by his sister Lois (the late Stuart), nieces and nephews, the Flude family and his many friends.
Jim was an airline dispatcher with Air Canada for over 30 years and worked for Transport Canada for 13 years before retirement. He travelled and made many friends all around the world. Jim was born in Stratford, lived in Halifax, Winnipeg, Scarborough and Ottawa before one last move to the cottage he and Judy built in Deanlea Beach. He loved building things and was an active member of the Wasaga Beach Woodworkers club. He enjoyed spending time with his many wonderful neighbours and friends – in recent months he found genuine joy with his good friend Margaret. Jim was a generous spirit – always willing to lend a hand, in his younger years a regular blood donor with Canadian Red Cross and a huge financial supporter of ALS Canada.
