Kenneth’s Obituary
Ryder, Kenneth Robert (“Kenny”) Age 81 of Halifax passed away February 1st, 2021. He was the son of the late Francis (” Fan”) and Edith (Elliott) Ryder.
He is survived by his wife, Maude (Doucette), (Goodall), Ryder, son Kenney “Bud” (Kim) Ryder. Stepsons, Darren Goodall, Danny (Kim) Goodall, Jimmy Burke, Stepdaughters, Donna (Dave) Stevens, Debbie (Mike) Kemp, Denise Burke-Duchesne, Tina Burke-Cook, Bonnie Burke-Dorey. Brothers, Wayne (Margie), George (Vicki), Ronnie (Willena).
Grand children, Jonathan, Taylor, Evan, Brent, Lynette, Julia, Kelsey, James. and many more extended grand/great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Mazie Sullivan Burke. Brothers, Bill Gilfoy, Ray Gilfoy and Harold in infancy. Stepdaughter Devetta Burke-Manuel.
Kenny was a retired carpenter and enjoyed fishing, hunting and four wheeling. He also enjoyed horseshoes, golf, and bowling. He was an avid camper and longtime seasonal camper at Riverland Campground and had many great memories of times spent with family and friends. He will be sorely missed.
