Kenneth Evans Wray – January 23 1939, – September 10, 2021
Gone Home – Ken left us peacefully thanks to the caring staff of 3East, Concordia Hospital.
Predeceased by son David, Ken is survived by his wife Carolyn, daughter Laureen (Sean), Son Robert (Marlene), daughter in law Denise, his sister Helen (Greg), 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
After retiring from the CBC, Ken remained active and made many new friendships at Piston Ring and CJNU. Some of his fondest memories were of his time spent as a Scouts Canada leader with 1st Crestview, and Bannatyne District. He especially enjoyed the camping and jamborees.
No formal service is planned; please remember Ken by playing some country music, or make a donation to the Winnipeg Humane Society.
