Ken Jones 1943 2021

Obituary of Ken Jones
Jones, Kenneth of R.R.2, Aylmer passed away at his residence on Nova Scotia Line, Aylmer on Monday, December 20, 2021 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Linda (Perry) Jones. Dear father of Robert of R.R.2, Aylmer, Tammy(Sean Unwin) of St. Thomas and Heather of Aylmer. Loving grandfather of Addison, Alexis, Kariesha and Mickel. Ken will be greatly missed by his brother David Jones(Laura), sisters Alice Grannen, Grace Jones and Connie Kesteloot(Luke) and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. Born in St. Thomas, Ontario on June 8, 1943, son of the late Gordon Jones(1993) and Inez (Rodgers) Jones(2005). Ken was a proud farmer and took great pride in working the family farm to the very end. He was equal parts stubborn, funny and loving, especially to his grandchildren. Ken’s greatest wish was that the family farm be continued to be worked by his son Robert Jones after his passing. Ken was born of a different era. He tilled the soil and raised a family, no two greater things can be asked of a man. Visitation at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where a private family funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 29 at 11 a.m. (COVID Restrictions will apply). Interment, Dunboyne Cemetery. Donations to the Jones family can be made at the funeral home or gofund.me/10de286b..
