Ken Wellbrock 2021

Kenneth Wellbrock, of Hanover, passed away at Hanover and District Hospital, Hanover on Thursday, May 20, 2021. He was 79.
Born in Saskatchewan on December 20, 1941 to the late Donald and Muriel (nee King) Wellbrock. Ken was very handy when it came to cars and fixing things. He worked as an auto body mechanic in the Auto Industry for many years. You would usually find Ken playing his favorite game BINGO and loved to watch baseball games and tractor pulls.
Loved by his children Rick (Sue) Knox of Collingwood, Doug (Anita) Knox of Wasaga Beach, Debbie (Randy) Berriault of Collingwood, Kim Knox (Steve Kreller) of Walkerton, Shawn (Jennifer) Knox of Wasaga Beach, Terry Lynn Knox (John) and Beej Butler both of Durham. Special grandpa to Jeremy, Greg, Kenneth, Richard Jr., Dana, Natasha, Jesse (Adrian), Raychel (Justin), Laurie (Kevin), Sigmund, Nicolas, Kerena, Catlin (Nikki), Devin (Caity), Jessica, Brooklin and Brittany as well as many great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his sister Eleanor (Jim) McDowell and Allan (Kate) Wellbrock, their children and families. Predeceased by his beloved wife Shirley (nee Wilson) Wellbrock (2014).
To honour his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial celebration of life will be held as soon as restrictions allow. Inurnment in First Presbyterian Cemetery, Collingwood.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
