Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Keith Allenby of Coleman, AB on September 10, 2021. He was 72 years of age.
Keith was born on March 29, 1949 in Edmonton, AB. As an adult, he had a successful career in Human Resources. In 2005, Keith moved to the Crowsnest Pass, AB and it was here that he met and fell in love with Doris “Dorry” Matthews (Née: Bremmer). On March 24, 2012 the happy couple married, and over the next nine years they made too many wonderful memories to count.
Keith was thoughtful man who enjoyed watching movies, reading science fiction novels and playing card games. He also treasured every moment spent with his family and friends. Keith will be missed by all who knew him and his memory will live on through them.
Left to mourn his passing and celebrate his life is his wife, Doris “Dorry” Matthews; his stepson Kyle (Katie) Mongar; his daughter, Cassandra Allenby; his stepdaughter, Koylynn (Brent) Boroff; his step-grandchildren, Cody, Skyler, Noah and Evan; his sister-in-law, Diane Allenby; as well as his extended family and many friends.
He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Bruce Allenby.
With respect for Keith’s wishes, no funeral service will be held. Condolences may be registered at www.fantinsfuneralchapel.ca.
