Born on March 12, 1930 in Bielefeld, Germany, he passed away peacefully on August 31, 2021 in Victoria, BC. Karl was predeceased by his wife Gerda in 2011.
He will be missed by his daughter Monica, grandchildren Amber and Jordan, brothers, sister and family in both Canada and Germany. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Brigitte Adam for the care and support given to Karl. Karl was loved and respected, and touched all those who knew him.
A celebration of Karl’s life will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 10:00am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Red Cross, PO Box Stn Main, Saint John, NB E2L 9Z9 or online at www.redcross.ca/give.
