1959-2021
Karen Margaret Park, 62, passed away on September 17th in New
Glasgow, Nova Scotia.
Karen loved being with friends, spending summer weekends on
Lochaber Lake, and playing endless amounts of card games with her
family. She is survived by her children, Emily (Jamie), Jessica,
Shelby; her beloved grandchildren, Greyson, and Everett; and her
siblings, Marcia (Charlie), Danny (Barb), Joan (Jim), Doug (Bonnie),
Mike (Ann), and her twin sister Kathy. Predeceased by her parents,
Clarence and Margaret Pitts, and infant son, Everett.
A private service for family and friends will be held.
Memorial donations may be made in Karen’s name to the
Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of R.H.
Porter Funeral Home.
