Obituary of Julie F. Bembry
Julie F. Bembry age 61 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Sunday March 14, 2021. Julie was born October 27, 1959 in Corning, NY the daughter of Leroy and Fern Roberta Seymour Bollinger. She was a nurse at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C. serving her country with The U.S. ARMY. Julie married her husband, Andrew J. Bembry, on August 1, 1986 and they would have celebrated their 35th Wedding Anniversary this year. She was a member of St. Matthews’ Episcopal Church in Horseheads, NY. Julie was an avid knitter and loved crafts. She loved her family and friends and treasured the time she spent with them. Julie is survived by her husband Andrew J. Bembry; daughter: Jessica F. Bembry and her fiancé Devon Stanton of Horseheads, NY; son-in-law: Michael Van Keuren II of Horseheads, NY; grandchildren : Zariana and Thomas ; sisters and brother : Roberta Sager of Dix, NY , Melody Randolph of Montour Falls, NY , Edward Leroy “Chip” Bollinger of South Carolina, Dianna Chrzan of South Carolina; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: George and Karen Murphy of Oregon ; several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and a host of caring friends. Relative and friends are invited to attend Julie’s Funeral Services on Friday April 6, 2021 at 3:30 PM the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY. The Rev. Wanda Copeland will officiate. Full Military Honors will be accorded to Julie at the Funeral Home. Words of Condolence and Memories may be shared at www.lynchsfuneralhome.com .
