1942-2021
LEBLANC, JULIA 1942 … 2021 Julia LeBlanc, 78, of Cocagne, passed
away peacefully, surrounded by her family at the UHC Dr Georges-L.
Dumont, Moncton on Sunday May 30, 2021. She was married to the late
Leonard LeBlanc and her second husband the late Normand Goguen. Born
in Cocagne, she was the daughter of the late Emile and the late Jeanne
(Allain) Melanson.
She will be sadly missed by her four children; Jacinthe Bastarache
(Pete) of Dieppe, Raymond (Debbie) of Bouctouche, Emery (Carol Ann) of
Cocagne, Lise LeBlanc (Serge) of Haute Aboujagane, one step-son;
Charles Goguen of Notre-Dame, one daughter-in-law; Sylvie Lacombe,
nine grandchildren; David, Joseph, Marc, Rémi, Richard, Natalie,
Réjean, Chelsey, Amy as well as ten great grandchildren; Bruno,
Adèle, Claire, Noah, Zyke, Esmay, Alexander, Alanna, Olivia and
Shanti. She also leaves to mourn five sisters; Anise Melanson (Diane)
of Cocagne, Thérèse Dupuis (Freddy) of Notre-Dame, Jeannita
LeBlanc of Bouctouche, Rosella Surette (Bernard) of Grande-Digue,
Lorraine LeBlanc (Léo-Paul) of Moncton, her five brothers;
Philippe (late Léola), Louis (Bernice), Léo-Paul (Bernice),
Maurice all of Cocagne, Jean-Claude (Huberte) of Saint-Antoine, three
sisters-in-law; Jeanne Melanson, Eva MacEachern (Danny) and Aldéa
Surette (Charlie) as well as several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by one sister Marie and two brothers; André
and Roger.
Due to the covid 19 pandemic restrictions, there will be a private
visitation and a private funeral Mass at a later date. Interment will
be in the Cocagne parish cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
