1941-2021
At the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, October 12,
2021, Mrs. Julia Edgar of Plaster Rock passed away at the age of 80
years. She was the widow of Charles Edgar who passed away in
2014. Born at Moncton in 1941, she was a daughter of the
late Lloyd and Edna (Bannister) Horsman.
Mrs. Edgar attended Family Worship Center in Plaster
Rock. She was young at heart and truly enjoyed a good game
of Scrabble. She was very competitive and not a good
loser. She loved to bake and share her goodies with her
friends. She loved feeding birds outside her window and was
an avid vegetable and flower gardener.
She is survived by five children, Debbie (Steven Goodine) of
Plaster Rock, Wendy (Rex Lewis) of Salisbury, Dennis (Cindy) of
Newfoundland, Charles (Brenda) of Plaster Rock and James of Moncton,
19 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, nieces and
nephews. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Dennis and
Murdoch.
A graveside committal service will be held on Friday, October
15th at 1 p.m. at the Middle Community Cemetery,
Salisbury.
