Julia Adelaide Jones
1927-2021
Julia A. Jones, formerly of Upper Hainesville, NB passed away at York
Care Centre in Fredericton, NB on October 2, 2021. Julia was born on
March 27, 1927, a daughter of the late Roy and Pearl (Morgan)
Johnson.
Julia is survived by her son Gary, daughters Sherry St.Pierre (Paul)
and Valerie Jones; her grandchildren, Mark Stephenson (Jocelyn), Carol
Stephenson (John), Rebecca Davies (Gareth), Kyle Jones (Lisa), TJ
Wojtowicz and Stephen Wojtowicz (Kesha); her great grandchildren,
Denny (Chantille), Aaron, Alison (Mike), Brandon (Jessie), Taylor
(Jesse), Emma (Isaac), Rhys, Maeve, Cruz, Ashton and Kylee; five great
great grandchildren, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law in the Jones
family, Iva Merritt (Reid), Marion Haire, Viola Jarvis, Winston Jones
(Carol), Harry Jones (Catherine) and Reginald Jones (Cheryl) and
several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Julia was predeceased by her husband,
Stanley W. Jones, a daughter-in-law, Chrystal Jones, a brother Murray
(late Beatrice), sisters Thelma Nuttall (late Howard), Eva Brown (late
Ernest), Emma Rosborough (late Howard), an infant sister Edith and
several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law in the Jones family.
A graveside service will be held at Ridgeview Cemetery, Route 610,
Upper Hainesville, NB on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 2 p.m. with Rev.
Allan Myshrall officiating. Masks and social distancing will be
required at the gravesite.
A huge thank you to the staff at York Care Centre for all the loving
care they gave to Mom. Your job is not easy and you all are
appreciated for all that you do.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Julia, the family
has suggested a charity of the donor’s choice.
