Passed away at home on Sunday, December 5th, 2021 in his 91st year. Joe was the loving husband of the late Josie Wintjes, for 60 years. Loving father of Joyce Forsyth (Darrell), Andy Wintjes, Henry (Jean) Wintjes, and Nova (James) Cranmer. Cherished Opa of Kay Sea (the late Mike), Jay-Anne (Kenny), Jasmin (Laurie), Shannon (Garth), Crystal, Jaime Lee (Dan), Sarah (Preston), and Michael. He will also be remembered by 9 wonderful great-grandchildren. He will also be deeply missed by many other friends and family.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
