CAMPANARO, Joseph Leonard (Long time Employee of Johnson & Johnson, faithful Parishioner of St. Alphonsus Liguori Church: At Hospice Peterborough with family by his side on Thursday, May 27, 2021 in his 92nd year. Joe was the beloved husband of Mary Ann (nee Krause-McGahey), and the late Sheila Houlihan. Loving father of John, Chris (Christine), Kelli Campanaro, Ted (Sandra Pedro), and step-father of Kathleen Stroshein (Ron), Dennis McGahey (Sharon), and Larry McGahey (Lynn). Remembered lovingly by his six grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, four step-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Joe was the youngest and last surviving of twelve brothers and sisters of the Elm Street Campanaro family, the son of the late Leonard Campanaro and Mary Luisi. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Joe’s outdoor Memorial Mass at St. Alphonsus Liguori Church on Tuesday, June 15th , 2021 at 11:00 am. Fr. Jerry Tavares officiating. Those attending will remain in their vehicles for the duration of the mass. Interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery. In memory of Joe, donations to Hospice Peterborough would be appreciated by the family.
