The family is sad to announce that Joe passed away peacefully on December 10, 2021.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Coutu Funeral Home.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions guests are by invite only. Proof of double vaccination is required.
