On Friday, July 30, 2021. Husband of Dawnean Borsa, passed away at age 88. Joe was born on November 25, 1932 at Wishart, Saskatchewan to John and Sophia (nee Wolitski) Borsa. He attended school at Round Hills and Larisa, followed by St. Joseph College in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Joe joined the R.C.M.P in November 1952, and served in “A” Division and R.C.M.P H.Q. retiring in May 1974. He was a member of Ottawa Division R.C.M.P Veterans’…
