Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, September 11, 2021, Joseph Bartlett of Marysvale aged 83 years.
Predeceased by his parents, Joseph & Ann (nee Poole), Step brothers, Michael Poole & William Lush, step sisters, Shirley Linthorne & Margaret Bartlett.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Elizabeth (nee Bartlett), sons, Joseph (Debbie), Keith (Linda),Melvin, William (Nancy), daughters, Judy (Derm) & Betty, step sisters, Roseann Lush & Shelia Vernon, step brother, John Bartlett, fifteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren also a large number of other relatives and friends.
Resting at Broughton’s Funeral Home, Brigus with visitation on Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 10-12 P.M., 2-5 P.M. & 6:30- 9 P.M.
Funeral to take place on Monday, September 13, 2021 from the Anglican Church of the Resurrection South River at 2:00 P.M. with interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery, English Cove, Marysvale.
Funeral service is by invitation only.
Covid – 19 restrictions apply.
