It is with great sadness the family of John Elijah announces his passing at the age of 74 at Strathroy Middle General Hospital. Beloved husband of Kathleen Elijah (Nee Lockride) of 40 years. Loving father of Sandy Deprest, Melissa O’Quinn, John Jr. Elijah (Sarah Walsh), and Kelly McLean. Proud and devoted grandpa of Brandon, Jordan, Nicholas, Brianna, Wesley, and Toni.
Predeceased by his son Jeff Elijah (2018), his son-in-law Josh McLean (2009), his sisters Rose Manning, Doreen Bressette, Anne McLeod, and Sandy Henry, and his parents Wellington and Marjorie Elijah. John will be sadly missed and remembered by his many extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 28th, 2021 at DENNING’S OF WATFORD from 2:00p.m. until 5:00p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 29th, 2021 at 2:00p.m. Hillside School, 6265 Indian Lane, Kettle Point. Interment to follow at Kettle Point Cemetery.
