Obituary of John Michael Stewart
STEWART, John Michael
Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on May 12, 2021 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of 57 years to Lois Irene (Mickle). Loving father of Christine (Chris) Taylor, Jeffrey Stewart and William Stewart. Loving grandpa of Brittany Taylor, Cadence, Misty, Chaz Stewart and Kurt Pudjonas. Dear brother of Pat (Alex), Walter, Margaret (late John), Charlene (late Keifer), Rick (Cheryl) and step-brother of Sue, Kathy and Debbie. Dear brother-in-law of Shirley, Late Allan “Mick” (2017), Harold (Dorothy) and Gladys. Also remembered by many special nieces and nephews. John was a lifelong truck driver and retired from Gorski Bulk Transport. He was a true diehard Toronto Maple Leafs and Blue Jays fan and an avid fisherman. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to Hospice Residential Home, Erie Shores. Arrangements entrusted to GERALD A. SMITH FUNERAL HOME 197 King St. W. Harrow 519-738-6662.
