John Lane Sunday November 7th 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John, peacefully at home on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the age of 75 years. He leaves to mourn, his beloved wife Margaret Rose. Loving father to Brenda and Chrissy (Jason Torrito). Much adored grandpa to Kalin Lane and Lea and Lachlan Torrito. He is survived by his sister in law Yvette Lane and Mary (Ed Ragany) as well as several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the McKERSIE-KOCHER FUNERAL HOME 114 Main St. E. Milton 905-878-4452 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm on Thursday, November 11, 2021. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Friday, November 12, 2021 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 139 Martin Street, Milton.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions in Halton, attendance is limited. Please book your visitation time slot online in the RSVP section to ensure your attendance. These booked visitation times are strict, so we ask that you show up for entrance at your allotted time.
Everyone must follow proper health and safety advice, including physical distancing of two metres from people who are not from the same household or their established 10-person social circle. Please refrain from hugging, kissing and shaking hands and please keep your face mask on at all times.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations in memory of John to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
