It is with profound sadness that the Maxwell family announce the passing of John Francis Maxwell (June 25,1958 – December 18, 2021)
John’s sons Jacob and Sean will miss their father terribly. He taught them the value of integrity, hard work and loyalty. He loved them dearly.
John leaves behind his beloved mother Pat and joins his father Charles in heaven. John’s sisters Rosemary (Jim) Morrison, Anna (Denis) Sullivan and Fiona Maxwell are heartbroken by John’s untimely passing. He is survived by his nieces Lyndsay(Alistair), Nicole ( Alex), Laura and Leah and nephews Kyle (Sophia), Matthew, Brent, Colin, Gavin and Scottie. He recently became a great uncle to Charlie and Maxwell.
John had a successful career in Real Estate and was well respected by his peers. Affectionately know as”Max” to his close friends, John was passionate about being a soccer Dad and a big sports fan. His ultimate and frequent retreat was time spent in Muskoka with his boys, family and friends on the Lake of Bays.
John fought to the end with courage and dignity against a terrible adversary. Gone much too soon … John will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
