It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of John Ellis Hind on October 21, 2021 at the age of 89 years.
John was born in Radville, Sask on November 5, 1931 and grew up on the family farm by Gladmar. He married Eileen Keith in 1952. They made their home in Saskatoon where they raised their two sons, Dennis and Don.
John was predeceased by his wife Eileen and both sons Dennis and Don, his twin brother Bob and sister Olive.
He leaves behind numerous relatives; sisters Ruth and Joan and extended family that loved him and will forever leave a hole in the fabric of their lives.
A special thank you to his niece Tracey for all of her help.
John worked as a mechanic the majority of his life at Aamco Transmissions and was always a wealth of information on vehicles. He also enjoyed socializing with all of his family and friends.
He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humour, quick wit, loving nature and positive attitude. He will be greatly missed.
