DOIRON, John Allison – 73, of Middleton, formerly of Wilmot, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 in Heart of the Valley Long Term Care Center, Middleton. John was a member of the Royal Canadian Regiment for 42 years, retiring with the rank of Warrant Officer. A memorial tribute will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, November 25, 2021 in the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No.98 Kingston, Chaplain Wade Seymour officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Lawrence Cemetery, Kingston. Arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, (902) 825-3448. Donations in memory may be made to a fund for homeless veterans. Due to current pandemic restrictions, it is now required to show proof of full vaccination for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies.
