In his 56th year John Merrett, suddenly as a result of a motorcycle accident, lost his life on Saturday, June 5th, 2021. Much loved son of Barb and George Lawrence and pre-deceased by his father Fred Merrett. Dear brother of Paul (Josie) and Scott (Jenn) and step brother of Jane (Chris). Cherished uncle of Massimo, Marco, Max and Jake and step uncle of Luke and Claire. Very special friend of Sandy George. John will be greatly missed by his family, aunts, uncles, cousins, Sandy, his motorcycle riding buddies, his lifelong friends and so many more. A service will be held at a later date. If desired donations may be made to the Northumberland Fare Share Foodbank or charity of your choice.
