John’s Obituary
It is with heavy hearts to announce the passing of John Alan Baddeley in his 58th year. He was surrounded by his loving family on Friday October 22, 2021 at the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton On. Beloved husband of Connie Austin for over 31 years. Loving father of Shanel Baddeley and father-in-law Stephen Barns. He will be dearly missed by his grandson Bentley Barns. Adored son of Aline Baddeley and the late Derek Baddeley. Dear brother of Jan Male and Les Baddeley and his wife Angela Baddeley, Predeceased by his brother Brian Baddeley, sister Jo-Anne Edwards and nephew Derek Baddeley. John will be sadly missed by Connie’s children Sasha Austin and William Bradburn, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family always came first for him, his hobbies included buying and selling, going camping, fishing and travelling. Visitation will be held at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL (43 Barton St. E) on Thursday, October 28 from 11a.m – 1p.m. Funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, October 28 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Burlington. In keeping with COVID-19 precautions, all guests are required to practice physical distancing and wear a face covering.
