After a lengthy and brave struggle against dementia, the Lord called home His beloved child and our beloved wife, mom and grandma from Grandview Lodge, Dunnville on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Jo-Ann Kiers (nee Kuipers), loving wife of William (Bill) Kiers, in her 71st year. Dear mom of Roy (Russell) of Victoria, BC and Helen (Cam) Beldman of Caledonia. Grandma of Chantel, Hailey and William Beldman. Sister of Nick (Jean) Kuipers, Helen McDonald, Diane (Andy) Bootsma, Alide (Andy) Kooistra, Peter (Jayne) Kuipers, Hessy (Harry) Meester and Rick (Helana) Kuipers. Friends are invited to call at BALLARD MINOR FUNERAL HOME, 315 Broad Street East, Dunnville on Friday, June 4, 2021 from 2-5. (Those wishing to attend visitation must RSVP through the funeral home website.) A family graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 11 am. (The service will be live-streamed on the funeral home Facebook page and website.) If desired, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
