1940-2021
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Joseph Gerard
Levesque announces his passing on Sunday, March 14, 2021. Born June
26, 1942, he was the son of the late Alphonse and Rose-Èva
(Gauthier) Levesque, and husband to the late Melanie (Blanke)
Levesque.
He is survived by his children Petra, Robert (Shirley), and
Gilbert (Sharon); Grandchildren David (Sara), Ashley (Justin), Allyson
(Lance), Jason, and Katie (Desmond); Great Grandchildren Aimee Lee,
Analeise, Tyler, Zachery, Danielle, Pharaoh, Marcus and Ahmani;
Siblings Jean (Germaine), Marie Jeanne, Eudore (Gertrude),
Cècile (Jean- Claude), Aurèle (Colette), Carmen
(Reginald), Nicole, Claude (Bonnie), Michael (Cèline),
Patrick, Jaques, and Mario (Lucille), and numerous nieces and
nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by
his brother Simon; Brothers in law Aime Thèriaut, and
Gèrard St- Pierre; Nephews Jerry, Robert and
Marc.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a Mass of Christian Burial and
interment will be held at a later date. The time and date will be
announced. For those who wish, donations in his memory may be made to
the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the NB Kidney
Association.
