James “Jim” Edson Jamieson, a longtime resident of Walkerton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at the Chesley Hospital at the age of 87.
He was born July 27, 1934 in Toronto, the only child of Thomas Albert and Muriel (nee Bell). Jim is survived by his beloved daughter Kathryn Kagan (Phillip) of North Carolina and his dear friend Kym Hutcheon of Chepstow.
At Jim’s request there will be no funeral service and cremation has taken place.
Memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 102, Walkerton would be appreciated as expressions of sympahty. Cards available at Cameron’s (519-881-1273). Online condolences and donations may be made at www,cameronfuneralhomes.com.
