1928-2021
Jeannita LeBlanc, 92, of Foyer P’tit Chez-Nous, Grande-Digue and
formerly of Notre-Dame, passed away peacefully, at UHC Dr. Georges L
Dumont, Moncton on Sunday April 11, 2021. She was married to the late
Frank LeBlanc (2014). Née à Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, she was
the daughter of the late Jean-Baptiste and the late Elise (LeBlanc)
Babineau.
She will be sadly missed by her eight children; Yvette (René),
Huberte (Bob), Denise (Paul), Johanne (Jean), Jean-Paul (Simonne),
Yvon (Jeanne), Ronald (Louise), Michel (Murielle), her sixteen
grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She also leaves to
mourn two sisters; Marie-Jeanne (Robert) and Yolande (Angelo) as well
as several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by one son, Robert and two brothers; André
and Jaddus as well as two sisters: Marie and Alice.
She was a member of the Grande-Digue Golden Age Club, and of the
Cocagne Bowling league. She shared her talent as a seamstress at the
Notre-Dame Church in the evenings for numerous years.
Due to the covid 19 pandemic restriction, there will be a private
visitation and a private funeral service at a later date. Interment
will be in the Notre-Dame parish cemetery in the spring.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
