Obituary of Jeanne Bertin
Safe in the arms of Jesus
Jeanne passed away peacefully on January 9, 2021 at the age of 92 at the Port Colborne Hospital.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Aurele (1978).
Dearly missed by her 6 children; Alice Csanig (Roger), Claire Byng, Louise Bain (Fred), André Bertin, Denise Scodellaro (Sandy), and Anna Case (Norman). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren; Matthew (Sandi), Theresa (Bill), Teddy (deceased), Sherry (Barry), George (deceased), Michelle (Jason), Diane (Phil), Danny (Laura), Shawn, Susan (Pierre), Gus (Neysa), John (Amy) and Vanessa. Also fondly remembered by her beloved great-grandchildren. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her joy and delight.
Her great pleasure was working with the flowers in her yard. Her hope and peace came from Her Lord and Saviour, Jesus.
A special “Thank you” to Dr. K. Scher and to all the wonderful care providers at the Welland and Port Colborne Hospitals. You were a true blessing to us and our Mom. You folks were awesome!!
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held.
