Jeanie Emily Shaban
1937-2021
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of
Jeanie Shaban of Moncton which occurred at the Hospice SENB on
Tuesday, November 9, 2021. Born in Moncton she was the daughter of the
late Chris and Gladys (Wilbur) Shaban.
Following her retirement from Supply Depot #5, she decided to
continue working for several years at BBM. Jeanie was well know and
accepted for her unique whit and character. In her spare time, she
enjoyed reading and could often be seen at the mall looking for great
bargains.
She is survived by her daughters; Kimberly Arsenault and Lisa
Gallant, sisters; Helen McQuinn and Sharon Melanson, grandchildren;
Adam and Sosha, great grandchildren; Wyatt, Olivia and Londyn as well
as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased
by a daughter Terry Gallant, a great grand daughter Holly Arsenault
and a brother in law Walter McQuinn.
Respecting her wishes cremation has cremation has taken place
at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 3309 Whitepine
Road, Riverview (869-2007). Donations to Hospice SENB would be
