Jean Francis Kelly passed away on Saturday, October 9 at Quinte Health Care North Hastings. She was the devoted and loving wife of the late John Kelly (2016) and the oldest child of Chris and Ella Musclow. Mourning the passing of their mother are Patricia and Richard Bowers, Tom and Bernadette Armstrong, Jackie and Barry Malloy, Mike Kelly, Jean Francis (deceased), Janice and Normand Papineau, Pat and Amy Kelly, Dan and Linda Kelly, Heather and Wayne Hetu, Sandra and Ric Noddle. Jean was grandmother of 19 (Tom Jr. deceased), great grandmother of 19 plus one on the way, and great great grandmother of 2.
Left to mourn are her siblings Betty Bauer, Melvin and Florence Musclow, Norman (deceased 2016) and Muriel Musclow, and Eula and Roger Graf
and sister-in-law Mona Kelly. Jean loved spending time with her family- her door was always open and food was always plentiful.
