Jarvis “Buddy” Alvin MacKenzie Rolfe, 90 of Sunny Corner, NB, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital. Buddy was born in Sunny Corner NB on August 29, 1931, son of the late Willard and Katie Adavilla (Mullin) Rolfe.
Buddy is survived by his wife: Ada Marie (McAllister) Rolfe, Sunny Corner, NB; children: Eugene Willard Rolfe, Miramichi, NB and his daughter: Heidi Patel (Arnav); Deborah Charlene Mullin (Stanley) Boom Road, NB their daughter: Zabrina Hamilton (Ashley) and great-granddaughter: Raya Grace; Brenda Lee Donovan (Matthew), Sunny Corner, NB; Dale Kim Rolfe (Karen Senese), Burlington, ON, their daughter: Mackenzie and son: Anderson.
Besides his parents Buddy, was predeceased by brothers: Hershell Rolfe (Nina), Edward Rolfe (Marie), David Rolfe (Judy), and Gerald Rolfe (Edna), sisters: Catherine Matthews (Beaman), Elizabeth Jardine (Weldon) and Mona McKim (Bruce).
By request there will be no visitation. A public graveside and interment will be held at St. Stephen’s United Church Cemetery, Red Bank, NB on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 2 PM.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the St. Stephen’s United Church Cemetery Fund or to the Miramichi Fiddlers Association.
