MRS. JANET CHRISTENA McLAREN-HEISE
of South River
Peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday July 21, 2021 in her 88th year.
Janet McLaren-Heise (nee Minor), beloved wife of the late Lewis Heise and the late Wilfred McLaren.
Loving mother of Ron McLaren (Meredith), Gary McLaren (Karen) and the late Carol Fogarty (Paul).
Proud grandmother of Ryan (Andy), Patrick, Brendan (Aimee), Jadah, Justin, Katy, Seamus, Ben and Gidget (Hunter).
Cherished sister of Jim Minor (Joanne), sister-in-law of Mel McLaren (Lynda), Bev Gilham (Paul) and predeceased by brothers Jack (Pamela), Wally (late Elsie), Laurie (late Jean) and sister-in-law Vera (Dave).
Fondly remembered by the Heise Family, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home – Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Sunday July 25, 2021 from 2-4 p.m.
A private family service to celebrate the life of the late Janet McLaren-Heise will be conducted on Monday July 26, 2021.
Interment at Siloam Cemetery in Machar Township.
If desired, memorial donations to the Almaguin Missionary Church or Algonquin Grace Hospice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
PLEASE NOTE: As per the directive of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario COVID-19 protocols are in place and masks are mandatory.
