Death notice for the town of: Kapuskasing, Province: Ontario
Jimmy Ryan and Robbie and all of your family. Please know I am saddened by the news that Jim has passed. My late husband Ivan was such good friends with Jim and worked for years with him in GM. So sorry for your loss. We always shared some great stories about Kap and GM around the kitchen table here in Cavan. Please contact me anytime and keep me posted about any arrangements. Sincerely Bev Mcgee.
Jim was one of the first friendships I made at GM in the early eighties. We both had young families and played on the GM softball team together. I remember Jim as soft spoken and always with a smile on his face. Later, it was clear that Kapuskasing was where Jim wanted to be. I did not see Jim as often in the last years of my working career, but when I did, again Jim always had a smile on his face. I did and always will consider Jim a friend. He will be missed.
