Obituary
LEMIRE, JAMES (Jim): Passed away peacefully on June 4th, 2021, in his 79th year, in the company of his loving wife of 56 years, Marie-Paule Lemire (nee St. Jacques).
He is survived by his three daughters – Chantal Lemire (Greg Stevens), Tammy Lemire, Colleen Lemire-Sanders (Jon Sanders) – and his five grandchildren Jenna, Madison (Crystal), Jody, Christopher and Noah, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Jimmy was predeceased by his parents Anne and Majorique Lemire, his sister Terri (Jim) and brothers Paul (Donna) and Pat.
Jim has always been an avid outdoorsman who had many years of adventure hunting, fishing and camping in Northern Canada.
He spent his early adult years as a miner in Northern Saskatchewan before embarking on a long career as an electrician.
His fondest memories were made at Target Island with his family and friends.
In light of COVID restrictions a public service will not be held at this time.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
