The death occurred at Margaret Stewart Ellis Home,
O’Leary on Sunday, January 24, 2021 of James Everett Reilly
formerly of Burton aged 84, beloved husband of Janet (nee
Murphy). James was born on November 30, 1936 in Cape Wolfe,
son of the late Bernard & Teresa (O’Halloran)
Reilly.
Cherished dad to Linda (Donald) Blanchard, Bowmanville, ON;
Mary Meschwitz, Charlottetown; Bernard (Carol Ann), Cape Wolfe; Nora
(Danny) Thomson, Brockton and Dorothy Reilly (Anne Lane),
Charlottetown. Loving grampy to Christopher Blanchard, Joshua
(Rebecca) Blanchard, Dwayne Blanchard, Elliott Meschwitz, Sean
Meschwitz, Erica Meschwitz (Cameron Ax), Jimmy (Dawn) Reilly, Alicia
(Sheldon) Desaulniers, Nicholas (Britany) Reilly, Aaron Reilly, Sheena
Thomson-Ferns (Oliver), Alex Thomson (Megan Pineau) and his great
grandchildren Tatjana, Logan, Chloe, Everett, Aubrey, Jordyn, Summer,
Ben, Alyssa Lynn, Alexis, Landon and Ethan.
Brother to
William, Irma Allen, Mae Wedge, Eileen (Dale) McKenna and Rhoda
(Frank) McCarvell.
Predeceased by his parents, brothers Thomas, Charles, Vernon,
Willis, Howard, sisters Winnifred Shaw, Doris Currie, Annie
O’Connor and Phyllis Griffin.
Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel,
O’Leary, due to Covid 19, private family arrangements will
take place on Thursday. Interment will follow in St. Mark’s
Roman Catholic Cemetery, Burton Lot 7.
