Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital with family by his side on Saturday July 31th, 2021 in Cobourg, Ontario in his 86th year. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Jean Armstrong. He is pre-deceased by his dearest children Barb and Rick. Cherished grandfather of Jimmy, Shannon, and Lindsey. Pre-deceased by his siblings Bette, Dorothy, Bill, and Don. A memorial service will be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on August 15th, 2021 at 1:30 pm. Following the service, those wishing, including those who weren’t able attend services are welcome to join the family at Jim’s farm to reminisce. Light refreshments and coffee/tea will be served.
