Jade Louie Sandrine Jemina long time resident of Slave Lake passed away on Novmeber 25th, 2021 in Slave Lake at the age of 19 years.
Jade was born March 23rd, 2002 at Manila Philippines.
Jade enjoyed playing clarinet, guitar, and piano. She was part of badminton, basketball, and volleyball teams in high school. She was very involved in her community; volunteering for long term care in slave lake, the Edmonton Homeless Shelter, and Animal rescue groups, and an alley to the LGBTQ community.
Jade is Predeceased by: Ate Gumer, Tito Ceasar, Lolo Boy, Mama Lin, Tito Rex, Lolo Marcial, and Daddy Bert.
She is survived by: Father John Jemina, and Vironica; Mother Desiree Gervacio and Melvin; Sister Charla Jemina, brother Lance Jemina, and Grandmother Nenita Gervacio.
